Uninstall Auto HelpMate

Originally installed Auto HelpMate on a client's computer and want to replace it with the regular Mac HelpMate version. What do I need to do to uninstall Auto HelpMate? I tried just dragging the application from Applications folder to the trash and then restarting the Mac and then installing the regular Mac HelpMate in the Applications folder but when I have the client select "Share Screen" it says it can't while Auto HelpMate is installed.
