AppleScript Error when entering User & Password

Postby AllMacSolutions » Fri Apr 20, 2007 6:28 pm

When entering the User and Password, I get an error:

AppleScript Error
touch: :No such file or directory (1)

I deleted the preference file after re-installing a new download of the current MHM, but still get the error. The lock changes to unlocked, even though I cancel the auth window, but some choices on the Auto tab are greyed out, like the Choose button...

Help...

You're the second person who's had this issue. It will have to be addressed in the next point release. I'm sure I know how to prevent the issue, however I am not entirely certain what is causing it. Over 10K downloads of version 2.1 of Mac HelpMate, and only two people are reporting this. So far I haven't been able to reproduce it.
