New Version of Mac HelpMate Imminent

We are just putting the finishing touches on a new version of Mac HelpMate which includes many performance improvements, bug fixes and enhancements. We're convinced that this will be the release that takes all of us to the next level in our support tasks.

For Mac HelpMate Subscribers Highlights include:

1) Disk space monitor alerts for any disk, including:

-Time machine backup disks, fixed or removable
-Mounted network drives
-Any mounted file system
-The alerts will "hibernate" until a removable or network drive is back online, then will resume

2) Improved low memory and pageout alerts that can be disabled by being set to "0"

3) Better error handling for connection issues
4) Quicker population of control keys and secrets in control tab
5) Improvements to the AutoShare function
6) Inclusion of the Sparkle framework for application updates - controlled by the subscriber from the Connection Manager
7) Improvements to cleaning routines - additions for Microsoft Office 2008
